1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age;
• A valid legal order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended periods of account inactivity (see clause 8.1 below).

8.1 Inactive Accounts
